What's Covered
Brake Repair
Brake pads, rotors, calipers, and brake hardware installed by our technicians.
Suspension Service
Shocks, struts, control arms, ball joints, and related suspension components.
Engine Repair
Engine components and labor for repairs completed at your location.
A/C & Heating
HVAC components and labor for climate system repairs we perform.
Diagnostics
Any repair work that follows a diagnostic service performed by our team.
Manufacturer's Warranty
Battery Replacement
Batteries installed by Squirrels are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand — ask your technician for details at time of service.
What's Not Covered
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Normal wear and tear beyond the repair performed
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect after service
- Repairs performed by another shop after our service
- Tires, tire rotations, and wheel balancing
- Transmission rebuilds and internal transmission work
- Body work, paint, and cosmetic repairs
- Windshield and glass replacement
- Customer-supplied parts not purchased through Squirrels
- Fluids, oil changes, and preventive maintenance services
